The North Carolina Young Republicans have built a strong foundation, successfully advancing their mission of recruiting, training, and electing young Republicans over multiple election cycles. The Advance NCYR slate is committed to building on that success—continuing the progress made while driving forward new momentum for the future.

Our Platform
The campaign is centered on strengthening and expanding the organization’s impact statewide through three key priorities. First, it aims to advance club growth by increasing both the number and quality of chapters and members, fostering a more engaged and effective state organization. Second, it focuses on advancing fundraising efforts by growing total dollars raised and expanding the number of events held across the state to support the mission. Finally, it emphasizes advancing election efforts by empowering chapter members, local chapters, and the broader state organization to play a more active and coordinated role as momentum builds toward the 2028 election cycle.

Advance Club Growth
Club growth is essential to the long-term success of NCYR across North Carolina. This effort will be led by the Executive Director in partnership with the Recruitment Committee Chairman and Regional Directors, focusing on three key areas: organization, structure, and purpose. Organization will ensure clubs meet constitutional requirements and maintain consistent communication to improve cohesion and effectiveness. Ultimately, all efforts will align with the core mission of recruiting, training, and electing Young Republicans.
Advance Fundraising
Fundraising is essential to sustaining and expanding the NCYR's presence across North Carolina. Led by the Finance Committee Chairman alongside the National Committeeman and National Committeewoman, efforts will focus on three areas: a Steering Committee of consistent non-YR donors to guide strategy, quarterly fundraisers held in conjunction with statewide meetings to engage donors and activists, and regional fundraisers in partnership with the YR Caucus to raise funds and awareness through shared proceeds.

Advance Election Efforts
Election efforts are key to advancing Republicans statewide during the upcoming cycles. Under the direction of committee chairmen and the Executive Board, this will include strengthening GOTV operations through coordinated chapter activity, business partnerships, and incentives for engagement; expanding training by hosting workshops at quarterly meetings; and enhancing legislative involvement through an annual Legislative Action Day with YR Caucus members to discuss key policy priorities.
Our Team
